Omega is a holistic education center in the Hudson River Valley with a friendly summer camp atmosphere, wholesome food and a very welcoming spirit. There is a lake for swimming, a meditation hall, a massage center, free movement sessions and yoga classes. This is a wonderful place to be away together, to renew and celebrate your relationship. This will be our 12th year teaching at Omega.

In this couples workshop, we focus on cultivating three aspects of intimate love that are the foundation of spiritual practice: being unconditionally present, expanding one’s capacity for compassion, and strengthening faith in our own and each other’s essential goodness. The workshop will have four sessions: Friday night, Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday morning.
